At Logan Taylor Home, every piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully inspected before it becomes part of our collection. Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind antiques and vintage items, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our collection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before making your purchase. We strive to accurately represent each item's condition, including any age-related wear or imperfections that contribute to its character.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at logantaylordesign1@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
• A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement (when available), repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives with visible damage, please document the condition before opening it and retain all original packaging materials. Shipping claims may require photographs of both the packaging and the item.
